Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by TECH VEDA, all payments made for any training programs are non-refundable. It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a program to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the program selected. In case of any such refund — approved under the sole discretion of TECH VEDA — the payee will receive the refund amount within 7 working days from the date of approval.
To make payment for any program or to purchase any services or products offered by TECH VEDA through the platform, you must have internet access and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated during sign-up ("Payment Method"). All payments are collected in the name of the sole owner, Raghav Maruthi Cherukupally. TECH VEDA does not store any of your credit card information or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment, and has partnered with the payment gateway Razorpay for payment towards the services. By using a third-party payment provider, you agree to abide by the terms of such provider. You agree that in case TECH VEDA’s third-party payment provider stores any such information, TECH VEDA will not be responsible for such storage, and it will be solely at your discretion to allow the third party to store such information. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the payments made through the platform.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes — it is absolutely safe and secure to pay through the online mode we offer. Once you click the “pay now” link, you are redirected to our payment gateway’s secure (https) site, where the entire payment processing happens. We do suggest using private browsing when making payments, especially from shared locations.

We use Razorpay, one of India’s leading payment gateways, providing fast and fully secure payment services.
Can I pay through my card / online banking?
Yes. We accept all credit/debit cards, and payments through UPI and internet banking.
Will I get a receipt for the payment made?
Yes. You will instantly receive a confirmation mail from the payment gateway, and will then receive a tax invoice and payment receipt from TECH VEDA.
How much is the GST rate?
18%.
My card gets declined while paying — why?
Occasionally a card or bank may decline a transaction on various grounds. You can try again — there are instances where the second or third attempt is honoured. If payments are repeatedly declined, we suggest you talk to your card provider or bank.
There was an error in the payment process but the amount got debited — how is it refunded?
Do not worry — the amount will be automatically credited back to your account within a stipulated time period. If you experience any further delay, please let us know and also contact your bank.
